"us", "our" and "Airfare.com" refer to Airfare.com,
Wholesale Travel Center. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting
the Website and/or booking a reservation on our Website, or through our customer
service agents over the phone.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification
of all the terms, conditions, and regulations set forth below (collectively, the
"Rules and Regulations"). By accessing or using this Website by any means,
you agree to be bound by this Agreement. To the extent if you book any travel services
on this Website or through our call center agents, you agree that theseRules and
Regulations shall apply to all such transactions. We will use our reasonable commercial
efforts to keep our Site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to
necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and system
outages. We cannot promise that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or available
at all times. We assume no liability or responsibility for any delay, interruption,
or downtime and apologize about the inconvenience in advance.
This travel agency represents, and is the agent for certain carefully selected carriers,
transportation companies, tour operators, wholesalers and services companies -all
of which have disclosed principals and independent contractors as well as separate
contracts. Under any circumstance that anyone of our affiliateshasterminated agreements
with other parties, this travel agency is not responsible for any negligent act
or omission by any of these organizations.
Please read the Rules and Regulations carefully. If you do not accept all of these
terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or make bookings through our
call center agents. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most
current version of the Rules and Regulations. We reserve the right at any time,
at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior
notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance
of the updated or modified Agreement.

all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident
to this Contract shall be litigated, if at all, before the Circuit Court for Fairfax
County in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or as to those lawsuits to which the Circuit
Court for Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia lacks subject matter jurisdiction,
then before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia,
U.S.A. to the exclusion of the Courts of any other county, state or country~~
General Rules and Restrictions
Travel Documentation
(Domestic):
Every passenger traveling within the 50 United States are required to present a
valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) at
the airline ticketing counter at check in. Parents normally vouch for children’s
identification; unaccompanied minors have more stringent rules, and parents
must check with the airline carrier directly.
(International):
In general, for security reasons, all American citizens departing the country are
strongly advised to carry a valid U.S. passport, regardless of the particular government
requirements of the destination(s).Passports are issued by the U.S. Passport Agency,
Department of State; application can be made at a variety of locations. Passengers
are responsible for having the correct documentation in hand at airports upon departure.
All passengers are fully responsible for all required travel documents please contact
your embassy and receive the correct information.
There are times where you are positive and know you will not need a visa to go to
a particular location because you frequently travel to this location. However, Airfare.com
highly advises all travelers with international connections to still check with
TSA to see if they need a "transit visa" for their connecting Airports.
Airfare.com is not responsible if you are denied boarding because of this unchecked
information. Please check with www.tsa.gov for further details on transit visa
No refunds will be made if no documentation or improper documentation results in
denied boarding or entry of booked destination.
International Travel Destinations:
One Way International Flights:
Travelers are advised that when booking one way international flights to make sure
they have checked all travel restrictions before purchasing tickets. There are times
where the due to travel restrictions to specific destinations, if you do not have a round
trip reservation you will be denied boarding and not allowed to fly on that specific
reservation. Airfare.com is not liable for any fees, delays, and trouble, the customer
receives at the airport. Airfare.com advises to speak with the airline prior to travel
to understand all rules and requirements.
Some international carriers require reconfirmation of your reservations. Contact
the transporting air carrier for the applicable requirements. Airfare.com suggest
that you reconfirm your reservation 72 hours prior to departure by contacting the
airline carrier directly to go over any additional travel requirements.
International travelers are advised to know the entry requirements for the country(s)
to which they are traveling or entering. Reliable information regarding international
travel can be found at www.travel.state.gov. Sale
of an international ticket to you does not imply any guarantee of passenger's ability
to enter the country of destination. Traveler understands that takes no responsibility
for determining passenger eligibility to enter any specific country.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed
without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Airfare.com
urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories
issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international
destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk
associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at
www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and

FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.
Passengers who plan to travel to affected areas must make themselves aware of any
health rules or advices, and secure proper inoculation, if so required. By offering
for sale travel to particular international destinations, Airfare.com does not represent
or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Airfare.com does
not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper
documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
Effective October 1, 2011, proof of yellow fever vaccination is required for all
travelers ≥ 1 year of age if traveling from or transiting through (regardless of
the amount of time spent at the airport) a country with risk of YFV transmission
and the following countries with low potential for exposure to YFV: Sao Tomé and
Principe, Somalia, Tanzania, and Zambia.
Travelers not meeting this requirement can be refused entry to South Africa or be
quarantined for up to 6 days. Unvaccinated travelers with a valid medical waiver
will be allowed entry.
Reservations Names and Ticket Request:
Once the ticket has been issued the name on the ticket cannot be changed.
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person(s) traveling - no
nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY
as it appears on the traveler's passport. Once reservations have been made and you
have provided payment information, your reservation CANNOT be changed.
However, Airfare.com does recognize that mistakes can be made. We will do what we
can to see if we can correct such mistakes if and when they occur. These changes
must be minor changes such as; miss-spellings, maiden name and married name for
passports, etc. Not complete traveler changes. We will get in contact with the airlines
to see if they will allow such changes under the circumstance, but it is up to the
airline to allow a name change. Please keep in mind that changing the name on a
reservation is considered and treated as a regular change and normal change fees
will apply.
Payments and Verification:
Airfare.com accepts, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards for all purchases
(Discover & Diners Club credit cards may be used for some airline for purchase). All
payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing addresses and phone information
must be included with every order. Sales Tax will be charged on certain products
depending on the shipping address as required by law. Because Airfare.com is a Third
Party Wholesale operator, in some case specific airlines will not accept specific
forms of payment. This is a rare occasion, however Airfare.com will notify you if
something like this occurs and will attempt confirm the reservation for you.
Please be advised that in some cases we may take additional steps to verify your
identity. This may include a follow-up phone call to the card holder, a phone call
to your bank, a requested fax response or asking you to respond to Verified by Visa
or MasterCard Securecode. These steps are designed to ensure that the credit card
holder is indeed giving an authorization for us to charge the card. There is a $40
processing fee for security check on any credit card not issued in USA.
Travel Rules and Restrictions
Bookings and Flight reservations are not guaranteed until tickets have been issued.
Airline carriers reserve the right to change their flight schedules dates, times
and fares, without notice. With that being said, Airfare.com will do what we can
to make sure that we get your reservation confirmed, given you have provided us
with all correct information, but be advised again Airlines do have control of the
ultimate outcome.
If for any reason tickets are less than the original, the airline will not credit
the difference. Airfare.com does not have any control over airline ticketing prices,
fares, taxes or fees. Airline prices are subject to change at any time. Again, fares
cannot be guaranteed until your reservation has been ticketed.
Once your reservation has been purchased, these tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE.
Under absolutely no circumstances will the airline refund these highly discounted
airline tickets. The ticket(s) you are purchasing are completely NON-CHANGEABLE
after the first travel date has passed.
Ticket Upgrades /or frequent traveling mileages are purely at the discretion of
the airline. Please check directly with the airline.
There are times when we are unable to confirm a reservation. In the rare
event that this occurs, we will attempt to reach you by phone and email so that
we can re-accommodate you. You must call us back within 48 hours or we may not be
able to honor your original booking price.
This ticket is good for travel for one year from date of issue, except as
otherwise provided in this ticket, in carrier's rules, conditions
of travel, or related regulations.If the airlines rules state otherwise then
we must follow their rules. Passenger shall comply with Government
travel requirements, present exit, entry and other required documents and arrive
at airport by time fixed by carrier or, if no time is fixed, early enough to complete
departure procedures. Carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fare has
not been paid. CARRIER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CARRIAGE TO ANY PERSON WHO HAS
ACQUIRED A TICKET IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW OR CARRIER'S TARIFFS, RULES OR
REGULATIONS.
Changes:
Airfare.com understands that unexpected situations may come up to where your travel
plans must be changed. If you need to make a change request please do so before
the first travel date has passed. Due to the higher than normal rules and restrictions
on our tickets, the ticket(s) you are purchasing are completely NON-CHANGEABLE after
the first travel date has passed. These highly discounted fares are non-transferable
and non-re-routable.
Also, please be advised that changes are subject to airline availability and airline ticket restrictions.
The airlines may charge a fee If you change your reservation. These highly discounted
tickets are subject to the airlines bulk penalty fee which will be $200 domestic
tickets and $350 or international tickets. Additionally, if the new tickets cost
more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are
less than the original, the airline will not credit the difference.
Therefore, the total cost will be (The Change Fee) + (The Difference in the
Cost of the Tickets)
Please note: Some tickets do not allow any changes. If you do not travel on the
first travel date the tickets will be completely cancelled and un-usable.
- Domestic:
- Change must be done before first date of travel.
- Change fee is $200 + any difference in fare.
- Reservation is non-re-routable and non-changeable.
- International:
- Change must be done before the first date of travel.
- Change fee is $350 + any difference in fare.
- Reservation is non-re-routable and non-transferable.
Cancellations:
Airfare.com understands that unexpected situations may come up to where your travel
plans must be changed. If you need to make a change request please do so before
the first travel date has passed. Due to the higher than normal rules and restrictions
on our tickets, the ticket(s) you are purchasing are completely NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel you will not receive any money back.
You may be eligible to apply part of your ticket price towards future travel (for
a limited time, usually a year).
Sometimes, the airlines will allow these highly restricted tickets to be refunded.
Please understand that in order for these highly restrictive tickets to be refunded
the airline does charge a service fee. If during your cancellation request we discover
that a refund will be allowed a processing fee of $450 will be incurred.
Please note: Partially un-used tickets are non-transferable, changeable or refundable.
No Shows
Airlines policies clearly state that if you do not arrive on time for the first
flight listed on your reservation you will be listed as a no show. When you are
listed as a no-show this means that the airlines automatically cancel the reminder
of your trip and you will lose all funds associated with such trip. Airfare encourages
all customers to check there flight departure times and check in times with the
airline directly. Airfare.com also advises that all travelers arrive at the airport
3 ½ to 4 hours early for international flights and 2 ½ to 3 hours early for domestic
flights. If at any time you want to travel on only one part of your trip please
check with the airline directly to go about the proper procedures.
Check-in Times
The times shown on the ticket or itinerary/receipt if applicable are the departure
times of the aircraft. Check-in times, are advised by your carrier, or in the airline's
timetable. The latest times at which passengers can be accepted for travel, allowing
the necessary time to complete all formalities. Flights cannot be held up for passengers
arriving late, and no responsibility can be accepted in such cases. Airfare.com
recommends that for domestic travel that you show up one to two hours prior to your
flight and three to four for international flights.
Seat Assignments:
Airfare.com is not in control of your seat assignments. Due to our highly discounted
fares the airlines will not allow us to make seat assignments for some flights.
We recommend that you contact your airline directly to book your seat assignments.
Checked Baggage:
Passengers are usually permitted a free checked baggage allowance,
the limit of which may differ by airline, class, and/or route. Extra charges may
apply for checked baggage in excess of the permitted allowance and Airfare.com will
not be liable for extra charges imposed by the airlines. Please ask your airline
for more specific information.
Cabin Baggage:
Passengers are usually permitted a free cabin baggage allowance,
the limit of which may differ by airline, class, route, and/or aircraft type. It
is recommended that cabin baggage be kept to a minimum. Please ask your airline
for more specific information as airfare.com will not be held liable for any extra
charges imposed by the airline. Refer to http://www.iata.org/bags for
information and links to airline websites.
Baggage Transfer:
When booking flights with multiple carriers there are cases where the airlines do
not have baggage agreements, and for international trips the airlines require passengers
to check out and re-check in during the middle of their trip. This is not something
that can be controlled by Airfare.com. When the flights are booked online they are
connections times are determined by the airline booking systems. Passengers will
have to check with the airlines for further policies and actions that need to be
taken.
Airline Schedule Changes:
Airfare.com does not change reservations without the written consent of the traveler.
Airlines are constantly updating their systems with new flight times and routing.
There are times where notifications are not sent to us. As a result, we cannot notify
the passenger of an airline schedule change. If you are not contacted about any
airline schedule change, It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to check
flight times and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure, for all flights
within an itinerary. Failure to reconfirm onward travel may result in complete cancellation
of all following reservations. When we do receive notification, we make every attempt
to advise the passenger about the schedule change – by phone and email. Airfare.com
will do everything possible to help the traveler find acceptable arrangements, with
the ultimate responsibility placed on the airline to give the approval on accommodating
the passenger’s schedule change. Airfare.com strongly recommends travelers to constantly
check their reservation with us and the airline.
Notice - Overbooking of Flights (U.S. only):
Airline flights may be overbooked, and there is a slight chance that a seat will
not be available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. If
the flight is overbooked, no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel first
ask for volunteers willing to give up their reservation in exchange for a payment
of the airlines choosing. If there are not enough volunteers the airline will deny
boarding to other persons in accordance with its particular boarding priority. With
few exceptions persons denied boarding involuntarily are entitled to compensation.
The complete rules for the payment of compensation and each airline boarding priorities
are available at all airport ticket counters and boarding locations. Some airlines
do not apply these consumer protections to travel from some foreign counties, although
other consumer protections may be available. Check with the airline for such procedures.
Airfare.com will not take responsibility for overbooked flights. The customer will
have to deal directly with the airline for re-protection on the next available flights.
Overbooking of Flights (International):
In those countries where Denied Boarding Compensation regulations are in force,
carriers operate compensation plans for passengers with confirmed reservations who
are denied boarding because of non-availability of seats caused by overbooking.
Details of these plans are available at the airlines' offices. Airfare.com will
not take responsibility for overbooked flights. The customer will have to deal directly
with the airline for re-protection on the next available flights.
DANGEROUS GOODS (HAZARDOUS MATERIALS).
For safety reasons, dangerous goods must not be
packed in checked or cabin (unchecked) baggage except as specifically permitted.
Dangerous goods include but are not limited to: compressed gases, corrosives, explosives,
flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, oxidising materials, poisons,
infectious substances, and briefcases with installed alarm devices.
For security reasons, other restrictions may apply. Check
with your carrier.
No agent, servant or representative of carrier has authority to alter, modify or
waive any provision of this contract.
Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance offered on our site is provided through a partnership with Travel
Guard, who is a Chartis company. When you purchase Travel Insurance in connection
with one of our travel products, you are subject to the Terms & Conditions of

Shipping:
In the case that paper tickets need to be issued for your reservation, all paper
tickets must be shipped within the domestic United States. Tickets will be shipped
via FedEx delivery. A USD $25.00 per ticket delivery fee applies or A USD $95.00
for locations outside the US per ticket delivery fee applies. The charge to Alaska
or Hawaii will be $20.00 USD for delivery and $30.00 USD for overnight delivery
(when available). A $45.00 USD service charge for Saturday delivery (when available).
The charge will appear on your statement from Label Reservations.
Tickets can only be shipped to the BILLING address of the credit card holder on
whose card the ticket was purchased. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O.
or F.P.O addresses, and no C.O.D. orders can be accepted. If you wish to have your
tickets mailed to an address other than the billing address of the credit card,
you must fax your request to our credit department at 703-379-6983, along with a
legible photocopy (front and back) of both your credit card and driver’s license
(or passport), your credit card billing address, your day and evening phone numbers,
and your company name and address. A $10 processing fee applies and approval takes
one (1) business day. If the delivery information you provide is incorrect, you
will be charged an additional $20.00 USD ($10.00 USD for FedEx to return the ticket
and $10.00 USD for to send the ticket to the correct address for the delivery
of your package. If there will be a delay in shipping, will send you an email
message notifying you of the delay.
Disclaimer
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of booking imposed by Airfare.com
with whom you elect to deal. The circumvention of an air carrier's rules, including
practices such as back-to-back ticketing (booking two or more tickets with overlapping
travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing
(booking tickets including segments which the booker does not intend to use in order
to circumvent an air carrier's pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers.
The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions
including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent
flier miles and other benefits, additional charges to the booker's credit card,
additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your bookings abide by the terms and conditions
of bookings imposed by airline carriers and TSA and FAA regulations.
It is agreed by and between the Purchaser and Wholesale Travel Center, Inc. that
all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident
to this Contract shall be litigated. Airfare.com and the ticketing airline hold
the right to cancel any reservation that has been disputed. If at all, before the
Circuit Court for Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or as to those
lawsuits to which the Circuit Court for Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia
lacks subject matter jurisdiction, then before the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S.A. to the exclusion of the Courts of any
other county, state or country.
Neither Airfare.com nor the FAA, nor any provider of air traffic data makes any
promises or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any delay
or other air traffic management information on this site, and Airfare.com and the
FAA expressly disclaims liability for any errors and omissions.
